How do I set up a stable stand?

This case offers multiple stand modes in both portrait and landscape orientations, so you can adjust the angle of your iPad to your liking. 

 

For a stable stand, please follow these instructions:

 

1. Place the stand on a flat and stable surface.

 

2. When setting up the stand in adjustable landscape/adjustable portrait mode, ensure that the bottom of the iPad is positioned on or between the grooves in the front cover.

 

3. When setting up the stand in adjustable portrait mode, attach your iPad to the stand between the guidelines and then detach the bottom part of your iPad from the stand before adjusting the bottom of the iPad on or between the grooves in the front cover.

 

Refer to the diagram below for more detailed instructions on setting up your stand. You can also find this diagram in the included manual.

Why do the magnets not hold my iPad securely?

When using the iPad case, always pick up your iPad directly and not by the cover, as the magnets aren't designed to lift the weight of the iPad.

What should I do if the Apple Pencil is not charging with the case on?

If you're having trouble charging your Apple Pencil with the case on, it's likely because you're using a Pencil cover. Please remove the Pencil cover and try charging the Pencil again. 

 

If the issue persists, please contact us for a free replacement.

Can I use the detachable back cover with the Apple Smart Keyboard?

The back cover doesn't have a cutout for the Smart Connector, so it's not compatible with the Apple Smart Keyboard.

What should I do if this case doesn't fit my device?

If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.
