Be sure to watch the setup video before installation.

Please check:

 1. Fully clean and dry the top left/right corner of the back of your touchscreen using the included cleaning kit.

 2. Press down on the mounting base for 15–30 seconds to ensure secure adhesion.

 3. Allow at least 8 hours to sit for optimal adhesion and a strong, lasting grip.

Phone attachment issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.

Please check:

 ● Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).

 ● Your case is either a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.
