Convenient and helpful. A great addition to the ipad.

Great piece of keyboard for your IPad Pro, however, I was a bit disappointed when I realised that you couldn’t use the iPad in vertical mode as it wouldn’t attach to the case/keyboard. The magnets only work if you are using your iPad horizontally. The keyboard also would not show the battery percentage/level, making it quite difficult to know when you should charge it. Overall, great product so certainly keeping it but I’m a bit disappointed based on the above.

One thing i noticed is the flap for the pen, i see some other reviews that the flap is on the other side of the case, which i prefer so i can just stick it to the back while using. But i got this one where the flap is by the keyboard. It\’s not that big of an issue, maybe if it was just consistent with all the products I wouldn\’t have an issue. I just got this today so i still have to test its durability.

Initially, I was hesitant to purchase the ESR Keyboard Case for my 11" iPad Pro, as I had my heart sent on the Apple Magic Keyboard. However, the steep price tag of $300+ deterred me from buying it. Nonetheless, I took a chance on the ESR Keyboard Case and promised myself that I would return it if it didn’t meet my expectations. Much to my delight, this turned out to be the best decision I made. The ESR Keyboard Case surpassed my expectations in terms of its sturdy build, user-friendliness, and excellent value for the money. Moreover, the trackpad is highly responsive and allows me to perform all the necessary gestures to navigate my iPad with ease. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this product as an outstanding alternative to the costly Magic Keyboard.

This is a great keyboard for half the price of the one sold through Apple. The magnet is very strong to hold the iPad in place. The keyboard is very easy to connect to iPad and I love the different colour backlights you can choose between. The instructions are clear and I like all the functionality.

It’s a pretty straight-forward task: Protect the ipad, offer a convenient way to type and change the viewing angle, be rechargeable and be portable. I can do all of that! There’s limitations, of course. I’m not able to flip 360 degrees or even 180, but I do offer the most popular and comfortable (ie: recommended) viewing angle for when you’re using me – whether on your lap, a table/desk or a laptop pad. You won’t find yourself getting a stiff neck or any kind of hunched over back pain trying to use me so in my book, that’s a plus.If you’re the type that demands versatility out of your keyboard cases, well have I got something to tell you. With me, that’s as easy as snapping me off the cover and away you go! You might think that means if you drop me while I’m in the case that the iPad will pop off but you’re wrong! The magnet securing your precious iPad to my lid is as secure as if it were held there by plastic notches without having to finagle them when trying to free your iPad. I bet you’ll appreciate the cost-saving feature of not having to replace your screen or the case because you pull on your iPad the wrong way or pull it too hard.My case is made of a smooth, texture free material that has a tendency to collect smudges and dust. But the good news is that a quick wipedown with a babywipe or a damp cloth will get me back to looking great in no time at all. The keys are quiet and responsive without that annoying delay you might find in lesser quality keyboard cases. There’s no latch to keep me shut since that feature is tied into the hinge that supports your iPad when in use. You’ll notice a little flap on the top of my case and that’s for your Pencil (if you have one). Look close and you’ll notice a little slit on either side of it – you can slip your Pencil into that and further secure it, though really, the magnetic notch just below your iPad’s volume buttons is usually enough to keep your pencil in place while it charges. But for transport, just slip it into that little flap and you’re double protected (and it’ll still charge – bonus!).With so many great features and somewhat reasonable price point (I’m a little expensive, okay, but I’m worth it if you want to buy a case once and be done with it), you’re thinking it’s too good to be true. Well, here’s the skinny on that: I have one design flaw, but you can easily overcome it with a little DIY crafty-craftness.See, my trackpad (that’s that little square in the middle of my base just below the keyboard) is ALWAYS ON. Annoying, right? Yeah, we all have our faults and that’s mine. It can’t be turned off. I’m sure my designer was well intending with that feature but honestly it’s kinda a PITA to deal with, especially since the keyboard is already compact so you can’t help BUT hit the trackpad when you’re typing. This’ll cause all kinds of not so fun things to happen like your document resizing, switching screens or just plain jumping all over the page as you’re trying to type. Sure, I’d be A+ Top Marks if it weren’t for that, but even in imperfection there’s a sort of beauty and I am a thing of beauty.

The keyboard has exceeded expectations, very easy to remove, excellent key action and a very good backlight.

I originally purchased the keyboard case on the last week of May. However, on the first few days of June , the product stopped working. I contacted the customer support team over at ESR and they were more than helpful. They attempted to diagnose the problem, and once it was apparent that it was an issue with quality control, they set me up with a product replacement . The team over at ESR (Jessie and Juria) was kind enough to assist me with the issue , therefore I 100% recommend the brand as the team stands behind the products they sell!

very good quality and easy to use. When you buy it, you need to know that it can’t be flipped 360 degree. only can be used as a laptop

I was so excited to receive this product for my 11-inch iPad Pro, but I ran into a problem with the keyboard case—it just wouldn’t charge. Thankfully, the ESR customer service team was really helpful and tried their best to assist me. Even though the troubleshooting didn’t work, they promptly issued a full refund without asking me to return the keyboard. It’s a bummer that the keyboard didn’t work out, but I really appreciate the great service from the ESR team!
