After purchasing my new, expensive, iPad Pro12.9” (2021), I wanted a case that will protect the screen and the back camera. I don’t like screen protectors so wasn’t interested in that, but I do use Apple Pencil so had to factor this in. I don’t need a keyboard as I rather use my MacBook Pro to do any serious writing.After looking through 100s of cases – some looking ridiculous and others not supporting the Apple Pencil, I found this case. I looked at the reviews on YouTube and then ordered it.The quality of this case is amazing and it’s very smart looking! I really like the way how the cover wraps around the pencil – allowing it to charge whilst keeping it secure. It is light weight and unbelievably sturdy. Thank you ESR for this amazing product!

I am pleasantly surprised how well this case works for my 2021 iPad Pro. It looks and feels very professional. Magnets all work perfectly, and I like the extra flap which can be used to secure an Apple Pencil, or simply to secure the case better (although the case stays closed magnetically without even using the flap).I also like the fact that the cover can fold completely back onto itself and is even held in place by the magnets. You can use the flap to secure it even better by folding the flap the other way if you wish to.The other thing I really appreciate is that it is very easy to insert the iPad into the case. It surprises me every time how easy it is to do. It’s also very easy to take it out. You simply lay it flat and completely opened. Then you push a little sideways on the opposite corner of your camera and it releases from the magnets in the case. You then simply pick up your iPad leaving the case behind.Although the case isn’t very heavy, I like reading with the case off when I’m in bed. After reading something for a long period of time, it does make it easier on your arms with less weight. Note that I tend to hold the iPad up with both hands when reading, as I tend to lay flat on my back. If you prop yourself up, you can of course keep your iPad in your case and just have it on your lap without having to bear any weight at all-perhaps just holding it slightly to keep it upright and from falling over.This case isn’t especially made for good protection, but because the case protrudes past the iPad a millimetre or two, plus the fact that the flap folds onto itself in a closed position keeping the iPad so well in the case, I’m optimistic that there will be enough protection for minor drops.I was planning on using this this temporarily while getting a more expensive protective case in the near future. However, I’m so happy with this case that I think I simply will save the money and and keep using it.

So all in all its a really well made case that holds the pencil and iPad perfectly in place ??? looks nice and feels really nice??? I had numerous iPad cases over the years and this is right up there as one one the best???. Throughly recommend for anyone that wants an iPad Pro case that holds the pencil in place and allows it to charge??? looks and feels good and is a great price!
