I’m leaving a 3-star review because the customer service was fantastic! However, the product itself was disappointing. When used with the recommended charger, the ESR HaloLock Qi2 Wireless charger failed to charge my iPhone at 15W. In fact, my iPhone’s battery settings under “Battery” indicated “Slow Charger Detected.” I tested this repeatedly by switching to USB-C and immediately noticed the charger detecting slow charging when going back to this MagSafe charger.The customer service offered to send me a replacement, but I had already ordered the Apple-branded MagSafe charger so I just returned this. I believe Apple’s proprietary MagSafe charger is the superior option. This particular charger gets hot and charges slowly, while the Apple-branded charger feels warm but charges at the rated speed without feeling hot and actually charges 15W as promised.

They work great. One of my concerns was the magnetic connection I have had some that were super weak this is amazing strong and does an amazing job charging my phone. I work in security enforcement so my phone is vital to me. I tried battery packs which are good but need constant power this holds tight getting in and out of my cruiser. Battery pack in my utility pocket and I can do 24 hrs easily

The magnet is strong and holds the iphone mini with the magsafe case great. Charges fairly fast. Didn’t work to well with a s24 ultra though, slower charging and got much warmer than with the iphone mini. Worth the money if your charging the iphone in a magsafe case.

This is so great. Plug it in and then just set your iPhone on it to charge. Magnet is great. I understand it doesn’t work with all models but if you have one that can accept this type of charge … go for it

Its a great magnet & a charger, but it charges so slow. I also have the anker 40w wall plug in. Still this one not worth it.
