This case product look good and is well made, but the material provided is infuriating slippery that it falls without me gripping it tightly, making one hand hold very inconvenient

The case feels sturdy and I generally like the design, but the first hard drop broke my screen.It fell out of the stroller and hit the sidewalk. I don’t blame the case entirely, but the majority of the damage was in a spot where the case only has flimsy silicone and no hard plastic (over the charging port – see picture). I didn’t have a screen protector on, so maybe that would have prevented this, but I feel like the hard plastic under the silicone should extend across this portion.On the positive side, the silicone feels nice in my hands, the felt (?) on the inside feels luxurious, and the camera protector feels super sturdy.
