I am very meticulous when installing tempered glass on my devices, preps are done accordingly . This is my 2nd time using ESR tempered glass on my iPad Pro. I like the clarity, durability, touch sensitivity and fit of their glasses. However for some odd reason, there seemed to be static build up on the 1st glass and the moment I remove the cover 1st cover, it attracted a lot of dust and deemed it useless. In turn, I had to use the second glass which didn’t have the static charge and installed flawlessly. I have yet to here from ESR about this.

One screen protector arrived damaged but customer service took action quickly and replaced it very quickly!Product installation was quite easy and the clarity was good.not sure about the hardness.removal was easy as well.

Great screen protector once you get it on your iPad. One out of the 2 protectors was faulty with a distortion in the optics so it was blurry in one place. This made fitting the second screen protector more stressful as I only had one left.

I ordered 2 sets of these screen protectors; one set arrived with a dent in the package and both of the protectors broken. ESR customer service was outstanding, easy to reach and cooperative, and got me the replacement protectors quickly. The protectors themselves were very easy to install thanks to the frame and installation kit provided, and appear to work well.

The screen protectors are very easy to apply. I did have an issue with My box had already been opened, and one of the two screen protectors had already been used, but ESR refunded my money no questions asked.

I love this screen protector. Covers edge to edge, and looks very solid. Doesn’t affect the iPad and doesn’t look very bulky as other screen protectors offer. The installation was a bit tricky, as I had few bubbles left, but I lifted the screen protector till the bubbles disappeared. Dropped the screen protector back, and everything was perfect. I recommend this screen protector.

It was difficult to apply without leaving bubbles on the screen and then the bubbles were too hard to eliminate, so I had to live with them. I didn’t attempt to remove it and replace it with the second screen protector as it was too hard to remove to remove.
