ESR does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, technical malfunction and server, network, systems, hardware, or software failure of any kind.

ESR reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award prizes to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Eligibility


This activity is open to all residents of the countries or regions that esrgear.com is available in, with the exception of employees of ESR, their families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the administration or operation of the activity.

Entrants under the age of 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under the age of 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including but not limited to scraping, data mining, data extraction, and data harvesting) on or in relation to the Website without the Website’s express written consent.

Each entrant is permitted one entry per “Spin Code” provided. Entrants are not permitted, through whatever means, to use the same “Spin Code” more than once.

In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim any prize that you may win. ESR may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter.

ESR reserves all rights to disqualify any entrants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit and intention of the activity.

 

Claiming Prizes


Every entry will be followed by a notification email from newsletter@esrgear.com sent to the email address provided by the entrant, announcing the details of the prize won.

ESR does not accept responsibility for notification emails that are lost, mislaid, or delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, technical malfunction, spam email filters, and server, network, systems, hardware, or software failure of any kind.

For entries awarding a physical product or gift card, entrants must respond to the notification email with the required information to claim the prize. Required information can include, but is not limited to, personal information and shipping information. Failure to respond to the notification email with the required information within 7 days of being notified will result in the prize being forfeit.

Prizes can only be claimed by replying to the original notification email from newsletter@esrgear.com with the required information. ESR will not accept any other method for proving that a prize has been won.

Prizes will be sent out within 14 days of the entrant responding to the notification email.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. ESR reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond ESR’s control make it necessary to do so.

The decision of ESR regarding any aspect of the activity is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

ESR reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the activity if it becomes necessary to do so.
