For the iPhone 12, this charger supports up to 7.5W fast wireless charging. Fast wireless charging requires a charging adapter or USB port that supports 18W PD/QC fast charging (not included) and a cable that supports 18W PD/QC fast charging (included).
The charger’s powerful HaloLock magnet ring attaches to the magnets built into the iPhone 12 series. This also allows it to attach to an ESR HaloLock iPhone 12 case or an official MagSafe iPhone 12 case.
To ensure your iPhone 12 stays securely attached, this charger should be used with a HaloLock magnetic case or an official iPhone 12 magnetic case.

Purchased 2 months ago. Pretty good quality but the charging part is made of glass and through normal use, some of it has chipped badly already causing a very sharp edge. Everything still works ok though but just a shame as aesthetically it now looks messy

With vertical fan blades this product is a no go. The phone swings left to right with every turn. As well you lose that fan vent. My hack was to use my tried and true Scoche mount (magic mount dash model) in unison with this, resulting in a win. Simply unscrew the ball fastner section from the back with small philips head and then sticky on the large magnetic plate provided in with the Scoche mount. At that point your good to go with a very sturdy mount.

Have had this for a Couple of weeks, and it has been with us during 1000 mile plus road trip.
Pros:
-good build quality
-Tight grip on iPhone Pro Max; phone is in genuine Apple silicone case and hasn’t fallen off once.
Cons:
-Item ships from China and takes weeks to arrive. This was not clear at time of purchase.
-Larger than other magsafe compatible charging pucks.
-Charges phone, however even though I have it connected to a QC 2 adapter, it is charging slowly. I wish ESR would provide more specific guidance on the best kind of adapter to use, instead of just saying "PD/QC."

Solid hold, my iPhone 12 Pro snaps right into place and stays there until I remove it. Easy to setup and easily adjusted to preferred viewing position. Quick, efficient charging. Another great product from ESRgear. (I have several products and have been using for years.)

Since the Belkin car mount featured on Apple’s website was launching 2 months after I got my phone, I decided to buy this item as the only other solution, and it does the job quite well. It doesn’t have the slim form factor of the Belkin, but it’s a solid piece that securely holds my phone during transit. No complaints here. Customer service when I had needed a replacement was immediate, responsive, and accomdating. Would recommend!

I’ve had this for 3 weeks and it has proven excellent so far. The little ‘kick stand at the bottom stops your phone from drooping forwards and having to tighten the ball and socket so tight that it eventually cracks, like I’ve had with other air vent mounted models. The phone grips really well to the stand and I don’t feel there is any chance of it moving while I’m driving. A bit pricier than other models out there but well worth the money in my view. I would recommend

I’ve previously used clunky charger mounts that just didn’t work well, so it is nice to have one that I can just (dis)connect my iPhone 12 Pro Max with ease. Having integrated power is a bonus as I don’t need to plug something into the phone, something other options seemed to require. Great; thanks!
