Does this charge at 15W and display the MagSafe animation on screen when attached to an iPhone?

Apple limits third-party wireless chargers to 7.5W, which means wireless chargers from any brand besides Apple are limited to 7.5W. The MagSafe animation is only shown when officially certified Apple chargers are attached.
