Why doesn’t my screen protector fit?

If your screen protector doesn’t fit your iPad, you may have accidentally bought the wrong size. Please get in touch with us so that we can send you the right one, no returns necessary.

Contact us  here  and tell us your iPad’s model number. The model number is 5 digits long, begins with “A”, and can be found on the back of your iPad.
Why does my screen protector have bubbles?

To ensure a quick and easy, bubble-free application, make sure to clean your iPad’s screen thoroughly with the included cleaning kit and dust-removal sticker before applying the protector.

Small bubbles can be removed by pressing down on them with a dry cloth for a short amount of time.

If bubbles remain, we will send you a free replacement, no return necessary. Please submit a ticket  here so that we can get your new protector sent to you.
Why is my screen less clear with my paper-feel screen protector applied?

In order to mirror the feeling of writing on paper, the protector has a matte finish. This improves your writing experience, reduces glare, and prevents smudges from building up. The protector is still highly transparent and this won’t affect day-to-day use, however the clarity of your screen will not be the same as if it wasn’t applied. If you want a highly-transparent protector that mirrors the feeling of your screen while keeping it protected, we recommend one of our tempered-glass screen protectors.
