Why doesn’t my lens protector fit?

If your lens protector doesn’t fit your phone, you may have accidentally bought the wrong size. Please get in touch with us so that we can send you the right one, no returns necessary.

Sometimes lens protectors are damaged during shipping and we apologize for any damage caused during transit.

Why is my lens protector so difficult to take off?
●
The protector is secured to your lens with a powerful adhesive to ensure that it stays securely attached during normal use. Due to this, we don’t recommend using your hands to try and remove the protector. The protector is glass and needs to be removed carefully in order to avoid it shattering. Make sure to remove the protector over a hard, flat surface and away from your face.

Use a thin piece of card to gently pry off one corner of the protector. Then slowly slide the card under the glass toward the center of the protector until it comes off.
