Do I need to pair the stylus with my device?

No, this stylus can be used out of the box just by pressing the button on the upper side of the stylus. No Bluetooth pairing is required.
Why can’t I draw with the stylus on my iPad?
●
This is because “Only Draw with Apple Pencil” is enabled on your iPad.
●
To disable, go to Settings > Apple Pencil > disable “Only Draw with Apple Pencil”
Does it have pressure sensitivity?
●
No, pressure sensitivity is a patented feature of Apple Pencil.
Does this stylus have palm rejection?
●
No. However, the stylus comes with a non-conductive glove, allowing you to rest your hand on your device without activating the touch screen.

Does it support wireless charging?
●
No, this stylus can only be charged via the micro-USB port on the top of the stylus. For stable charging, please use the included micro-USB cable.

Why can’t I charge the stylus?

This stylus does not support wireless charging. Please use the included micro-USB cable to charge via the charging port in the top of the stylus.

Ensure that the included micro-USB cable is connected properly to a power source and the charging port of the stylus.

Charging may be affected by moisture or rust in the charging port caused by long-term use and/or storage in humid conditions. Please avoid using or storing the stylus in such conditions.

Use of excessive force when plugging in and/or unplugging the charging cable may damage the charging port. Please plug in and unplug the charging cable with care.

Why am I experiencing lag with this stylus?
If you are experiencing lag when using the stylus on your device, it may be a problem with device compatibility, the screen, screen protector, or the stylus itself.

It is recommended to use this stylus on a device without a screen protector or with an ESR screen protector.
How can I keep the nib in good condition?
●
The stylus comes with a protective cap, which provides shockproof protection and dust resistance for the nib. It is recommended to keep the protective cap on whenever the stylus is not in use.
