My phone won’t stay on the charger

Phone stability issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or thick/non-magnetic cases

Please check:

●Your phone is iPhone 13 or 12 series

●Your case is:

●Either a MagSafe or ESR HaloLock case

●

A standard case with an ESR HaloLock Universal Ring

My phone isn’t charging/isn’t charging stably

Unstable/slow charging is often caused by using the wrong cable and adapter

Please check:

●

You are using the included fast charging cable

●

Your power adapter or USB port outputs at least 18W (not included). If you don’t have a compatible power adapter we recommend this 20W mini PD Charging Set

●

Your case is less than 5 mm thick

●

Reducing the number of apps open will improve charging speed

My charger won’t attach to my vent

This charger is designed to work with horizontal and vertical grille vents

●

For horizontal grilles: Clip the vent clip on; use the arm to stabilize

●

For vertical grilles: Rotate vent clip 90° then clip on; use arm to stabilize

●

For circular vents: The vent clip is not designed for circular vents, we recommend this Dashboard Charger if you want a HaloLock charger that works in your car
