Why is the screen blank?
The screen not turning on is usually caused by a lack of/insufficient power supply.

Please check:

If you are connecting to a secondary device via the included HDMI cable, the monitor is also connected to an external power supply (10W or above).
If you are connecting to a secondary device via the included USB-C cable, the secondary device has sufficient power to power the monitor.
All cables are connected securely and the ports are not faulty.
Why is the display showing “No signal”?
This means the monitor does not have a secure connection to the secondary device or the secondary device does not support screen projection.

Please check:

You are using one of the included cables (USB-C or HDMI) and it is securely connected in both ports.
If using the USB-C cable, you are connecting to a USB-C DisplayPort in the secondary device and not a regular USB-C port (only USB-C DisplayPort supports screen projection).
Why can’t I adjust the display brightness?
Brightness, contrast, black level, and/or sharpness cannot be individually adjusted if the monitor has any/all of the following applied in ‘Advanced Settings’:
IMAGE > ECO > GAME/MOVIE/TEXT/FPS/RTS
IMAGE > DCR > ON
MISC. > HDR MODE > AUTO/2084
To enable individual adjustment of brightness, contrast, black level, and sharpness settings, go into ‘Advanced Settings’ by pressing in the scroll wheel and choose one of the following options:
Apply the following settings:
IMAGE > ECO > STANDARD
IMAGE > DCR > OFF
MISC. > HDR MODE > OFF
Reset the monitor to factory settings:
RESET > RESET
How do I adjust the brightness?
Enter ‘Brightness Adjustment Mode’ by pressing up on the scroll wheel.
Press up/down on the scroll wheel to increase/decrease brightness.

Press in the scroll wheel or power/back button to return to ‘View Mode’.

What should I do if the screen is not bright enough?
If you are connecting to a device via the USB-C to C cable and want to ensure maximum brightness, connect the monitor to an external power source and then adjust the brightness to the highest level in the monitor’s on-screen display settings.

How do I adjust the volume?
Enter ‘Volume Adjustment Mode’ by pressing down on the scroll wheel.

Press up/down on the scroll wheel to increase/decrease volume.

Press in the scroll wheel or power/back button to return to ‘View Mode’.

This monitor has two power supply modes. When you first connect via either mode, default brightness and volume settings will be applied:
USB-C Mode – monitor is powered by a secondary device via the USB-C cable. Default settings: Brightness = 50, Volume = 30.
External Mode – monitor is powered by an external power supply. Default settings: Brightness = 85, Volume = 50.
Any adjustments made to the brightness and/or volume settings will only be remembered within the power supply mode in which they were made.
