What devices can I use with this stand hub?

This stand hub is designed only for use with iPads with a USB-C port, including iPad 10th Generation (2022), iPad Pro 12.9” (2022/2021/2020/2018), iPad Pro 11” (2022/2021/2020/2018), iPad Air 5/4 (2022/2020), iPad Mini 6 (2021).

It’s not compatible with laptops or notebooks. If used with laptops or notebooks, the heavier weight could cause the stand to wobble when typing.

How do I adjust the stand?

Please make sure that the angle of the lower hinge does not exceed 90° and that the center of gravity of the device is projected on the center of the base.

When adjusting the angle of the stand for optimal viewing, the height of the stand will also alter slightly. However, the height cannot be adjusted directly.

Why is the HDMI port not working?

Please ensure that when using the hub, the PD port is connected to a power source at all times.

If you accidentally disconnect the PD port from the power source, please reconnect and then reconnect the iPad to the hub via the Host port.

After connecting your iPad to the projection device via the HDMI port, make sure to select the correct HDMI slot on the projection device.

Why is the hub not charging my iPad?

Check that the hub is connected to a power source via the PD port.

Ensure your iPad is connected to the Host port and not to the PD port.

Make sure that the adapter and charging cable support high-power charging (45W or above).

Why are one or more ports not working?
Ports not working is usually caused by the hub’s PD port being disconnected from a power source.
Please ensure:

When using the hub, the PD port is connected to a power source at all times.

If you accidentally disconnect the PD port from the power source, please reconnect and then reconnect the iPad to the hub via the Host port.

Why is the connected device disconnecting from my iPad?
Device connection issues are often caused by the hub’s PD port being disconnected from a power source or the iPad restarting.

To reconnect the device:

Unplug all connections, then reconnect the PD port to the power source, reconnect the hub to your iPad, and reconnect the device to the hub.

Why is my wireless mouse not working?

The battery on your wireless mouse may be low. Charge your wireless mouse or replace the battery.

Remove any flash drives in ports adjacent to the wireless mouse USB receiver, since this may be causing signal interference.

Ensure that the distance between the wireless mouse and the hub is less than 60 cm.
