Why doesn’t my phone attach securely to this power bank?
Magnetic attachment issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic phone cases.
Please check:
●Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)
●
Your phone case is one of the following:
●
An official MagSafe case
●
●
A standard case with an ESR HaloLock Universal Ring
Why is my phone charging slowly/not charging?
If you are experiencing slow wireless charging or if wireless charging is not working, please ensure:
●
Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)
●
Your power adapter (not included) outputs 5W-20W (5V)
●
Your magnetic case is less than 4 mm thick; we recommend an official MagSafe case or an ESR HaloLock case
●
There are no metal accessories or credit cards between the case and your phone or between the case and the power bank
If you are experiencing slow wired charging or if wired charging is not working, please ensure:
●
If charging an iPhone, you use an official Apple charging cable or an ESR MFi PD Charging Cable
●
If charging a USB-C device, you use the included USB-C to C charging cable
Additional information about the power bank:
●
Each indicator light represents 25% of the power bank’s battery; ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged before use
●
The power bank must be fully discharged the first time it is used
Additional information about wireless charging:
●
The maximum output of wired charging is 20W and the maximum output of wireless charging is 7.5W for iPhones and 10W for other compatible phones
●
Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging
●
Limiting the number of applications you have open simultaneously on your phone will improve charging speed
●

Why does my phone heat up during charging?
It is normal for your phone to warm up slightly during wireless charging. However, to prevent overheating when charging, please avoid:

Using a magnetic phone case thicker than 4 mm
●
Placing metal accessories or credit cards between the case and your phone or between the case and the power bank
●
Having multiple apps open simultaneously, especially video apps or games
If overheating occurs, the power bank will enter overheat-protection mode and pause charging. If this happens, please:
●
Disconnect power bank from power source (if connected), disconnect phone from power bank, take off phone case, and let phone and power bank cool down
●
Close apps not being used
●
When the phone and power bank have cooled down, resume charging
Why isn’t my power bank charging?
Non-charging is usually caused by using the wrong cable or adapter
Please check:
●
You are using the included USB-C to C charging cable
●
Your power adapter (not included) outputs 5W-20W (5V)
●

Why isn’t this power bank lighter and more compact?
●
We design all our products to be as lightweight and user-friendly as possible. However, due to the large 10,000mAh capacity of this power bank, its weight and size are indeed larger than those of smaller capacity power banks.

If you’d prefer a lighter, more compact power bank, we offer all our power banks in a smaller-capacity 5,000mAh version
Safety information
●
Do not expose the power bank to the sun for extended periods of time
●
Do not attempt to disassemble the power bank
●
Do not get the power bank wet
●
Do not use or leave the power bank in an excessively hot or humid environment
●
If the power bank expands or gets extremely hot, stop using immediately
