Why won’t my iPhone stay on the magnetic charging pad?
Phone stability issues are usually caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases
Please check:

Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)

Your phone case is one of the following:

An official MagSafe case

A standard case with anESR HaloLock™ Universal Ring

Why is my phone not charging/not charging stably?
Non-charging or unstable charging is usually caused by incompatible phone models, not using the included power adapter, or issues with your phone case or mounting
Please check:

Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)

You are using the included 24W DC power adapter

Your magnetic case is less than 5 mm thick and there are no metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone

Your phone is placed on the phone charging pad and not on the AirPods charging pad

The charger is in CryoBoost™ charging mode (with phone-cooling fan and status light on)

Additional information:

Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging

Charging is slower if the charger is in dark charging mode (with phone-cooling fan and status light off)

The charger has a maximum output of 7.5W for iPhone

Optimized Battery Charging is enabled by default for iPhones running iOS 13 or later. With this feature enabled, your iPhone will throttle charging after 80%. For more information on this, please read: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210512

To improve the charging speed, limit the number of applications you have open concurrently on your phone

Why are my AirPods not charging/not charging stably?
Non-charging or unstable charging is usually caused by an incompatible AirPods case, or not using the included power adapter
Please note:

Magnetic wireless charging is only available for AirPods with MagSafe or AirPods without MagSafe (that support wireless charging) with a magnetic case. We recommend using anESR HaloLock™ Magnetic Soft Case

If you are charging AirPods without MagSafe (that support wireless charging) with a non-magnetic case, ensure the case is less than 4 mm thick and the AirPods are positioned in the center of the AirPods charging pad

Make sure you are using the included 24W DC power adapter

Additional information:

Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging

The charger has a maximum output of 5W for AirPods

What is the reusable adhesive pad for?
You can attach the reusable adhesive pad to the bottom of the charger base to provide added stability

Be sure to attach the adhesive pad with side A affixed to the charger base. The adhesive on side B is reusable, allowing you to reposition the charger as needed

Is it normal to hear the fan when the phone is charging?
This charger uses an ultra-quiet fan to keep your phone cool for a faster charging speed. In normal conditions, the phone-cooling fan noise is not noticeable; however, it may be perceptible in very quiet environments

The phone-cooling fan automatically turns on when your phone is charging and turns off when your phone is fully charged or removed from the charger

You can turn off the fan at any time by pressing the CryoBoost™ on/off button (on the base of the charger) to enter dark charging mode. This turns off the phone-cooling fan and status light(s). Note: CryoBoost™ fast charging is not available in dark charging mode

Do the charging pad status lights stay on during charging?
When the phone is attached to the phone charging pad, the phone-cooling fan and status light automatically turn on

When the AirPods are attached to the AirPods charging pad, the status light in front of the AirPods charging pad automatically turns on

You can turn off the status light(s) at any time by pressing the CryoBoost™ on/off button (on the base of the charger) to enter dark charging mode. This turns off the phone-cooling fan and status light(s). Note: CryoBoost™ fast charging is not available in dark charging mode

Safety Advice
The included 24W DC power adapter can only be used safely up to 2,000 m above sea level. Using the power adapter over 2,000 m above sea level may lead to electrical leakage and the potential for electric shocks.
