What should I do if any part of this charger breaks?
You can contact us for a free replacement part, no returns necessary. If you need a replacement part, please submit a ticket here.
Why won’t my phone stay on the charger?
Phone stability issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic phone cases.

Please make sure:

Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)

Your phone case is one of the following:
An official MagSafe case
A standard case with an  ESR HaloLock Universal Ring
You place your phone on the removable charging pad and not on the magnetic mounting pad.
Why won’t the charger attach to my air vent?
The charger is designed to attach to horizontal and vertical grille-type vents only.

Horizontal grilles: Slide the vent clip fully onto the air vent and position the support arm to stabilize the charger

Vertical grilles: Rotate the vent clip 90° then slide it fully onto the vent and position the support arm to stabilize the charger
Circular vents: The vent clip is not designed to fit circular vents. If your car has circular vents, we recommend one of our Dashboard Wireless Car Chargers.
Why is my phone not charging/not charging stably?
Non-charging or unstable charging is usually caused by using the wrong cable or adapter. Please check:

Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)

You are using the included charging cable
Your power adapter (not included) or USB port outputs at least 18W. If you don’t have a compatible power adapter, we recommend this 20W mini PD Charging Set
Your magnetic case is less than 5 mm thick and there are no metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone Additional information:
Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging
Optimized Battery Charging is enabled by default for iPhones with iOS 13 or later. With this feature enabled, your iPhone will throttle charging after 80%. For more info on this, please read: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210512
The charger has a maximum output of 15W. The maximum output for iPhone is 7.5W.
Limiting the number of applications you have open concurrently on your phone will improve charging speed
Why is my phone not charging/not charging stably?
It is normal for your phone to warm up slightly during wireless charging. However, to prevent overheating, please avoid using:
Magnetic cases thicker than 5 mm. We recommend an official MagSafe case or an ESR HaloLock case
Metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone
CPU-intensive apps while charging
If overheating occurs, the charger will enter overheat-protection mode and pause charging. If this happens, please:
Disconnect the power, take off your case, and let your phone and charger cool down
Close apps not being used
When the phone and charger have cooled down, plug the charger in and resume charging
