My phone won’t stay on the charger
Phone stability issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or thick/non-magnetic cases

Please check:

Your phone is iPhone 13 or 12 series

Your case is
Either an official MagSafe or  ESR HaloLock case
A standard case with an  ESR HaloLock Universal Ring
My phone isn’t charging/isn’t charging stably
Unstable/slow charging is often caused by using the wrong cable or adapter

Please check:

Your phone is iPhone 13 or 12 series
You are using the included charging cable
Your power adapter or USB port outputs at least 18W (not included). If you don’t have a compatible power adapter, we recommend this  20W mini PD Charging Set
Your magnetic case is less than 5 mm thick and there are no metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone

Additional tips:

No wireless charger will be as fast as traditional wired charging
Optimized Battery Charging is on by default for iPhones with iOS 13 or later. With this feature enabled, your iPhone will throttle charging after 80%. For more info on this, read:  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210512
iPhones only allow third-party MagSafe chargers to output a maximum of 7.5W; the charger has a maximum output of 15W for compatible devices
Reducing the number of apps you have open will improve charging speed
The mount won’t stay securely attached to my dashboard
Following the installation steps carefully will ensure a secure attachment

Please ensure:

The dashboard is cleaned thoroughly before mounting and is firm, smooth, and even
The protective film is removed before the mounting pad is attached
The base locking latch is opened before attachment and closed once the mounting pad has been firmly pressed onto the dashboard
You wait 30 minutes before using the mount once it has been attached to ensure the adhesive has time to fully adhere to the dashboard
My phone heats up during charging
Wireless charging creates heat, so it is normal for your phone to feel warm when using the charger. Overheating is often caused by thick cases

Please avoid:

Magnetic cases thicker than 4 mm; we recommend an official MagSafe case or an  ESR HaloLock case
Metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone
Using CPU-intensive apps while charging

If the charger enters overheat-protection mode and pauses charging:

Disconnect the power, take off your case, and let your phone and charger cool down
Close apps not being used
When the phone and charger have cooled down, resume charging
