Why won’t my phone stay attached to the power bank?
Phone stability issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic phone cases

Please check:

Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)

Your phone case is one of the following:
An official MagSafe case
A standard case with an  ESR HaloLock Universal Ring
Why isn’t my phone charging fully?
The power bank has a rated capacity of 5,000mAh
When fully charged, it provides 1 iPhone 13 mini charge, 0.84 iPhone 13/13 Pro charges, or 0.66 iPhone 13 Pro Max charges
Why is my phone charging slowly/not charging?
You can charge an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later) either wirelessly, or with a cable using the USB-C port. It does not support simultaneous wireless and wired charging. If a device is plugged in and a phone is magnetically attached, the power bank defaults to wireless charging. The device that is plugged in will not be charged.

When charging wirelessly, please ensure:

Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)
Your power adapter (not included) outputs 5W-20W (5V)
Your magnetic case is less than 4 mm thick; we recommend an official MagSafe case or an  ESR HaloLock case
There are no metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone

When charging with the USB-C port, please ensure:

You use an official charging cable or an  ESR MFi PD Charging Cable

Important information about the power bank:

Each indicator light represents 25% of the power bank’s battery; ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged during use
The power bank must be fully discharged when being used for the first time

Additional information and tips for wireless charging:

The maximum output of wired charging is 12W and the maximum output of wireless charging is 7.5W
Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging
Reducing the number of apps you have open will improve charging speed
Optimized Battery Charging is on by default for iPhones with iOS 13 or later. When this feature is enabled, your iPhone will charge slower after it has reached 80%. For more details, please check: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210512 If you still have any problems, please submit a ticket here
Why does my phone heat up during charging?
Wireless charging creates heat, so it is normal for the power bank to feel warm when using it to charge your phone

Overheating is often caused by thick cases. Please avoid:

Magnetic cases thicker than 4 mm
Metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone
Having multiple apps open while charging, especially video apps or games

If you’re having issues with heat:

Detach your phone from the power bank, take off your phone case, and let both of them cool down
Reduce the number of apps you have open
When the phone and power bank have cooled down, resume charging
Why isn’t my power bank charging?
Non-charging is usually caused by using the wrong cable or adapter

Please check:

You are using the included USB-C to C charging cable
Your power adapter (not included) outputs 5W-20W (5V)
If you still have any problems, please submit a ticket  here
Can you charge two phones at the same time?
You can charge an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later) either wirelessly, or with a cable using the USB-C port
It does not support simultaneous wireless and wired charging. If a device is plugged in and a phone is magnetically attached, the power bank defaults to wireless charging. The device that is plugged in will not be charged.
