This activity is open to anybody who has purchased an ESR product through an authorized seller on Amazon in any of the following countries: US, CA, UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, JP, AU, IN.
This activity is free to enter and requires no extra purchase or payment.
This activity is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
ESR does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, technical malfunction and server, network, systems, hardware, or software failure of any kind.

ESR reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award prizes to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Entrants under the age of 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under the age of 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.
You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including but not limited to scraping, data mining, data extraction, and data harvesting) on or in relation to ESR without ESR’s express written consent.
Each entrant is permitted one entry per review sreenshot. Entrants are not permitted, through whatever means, to use the same review screenshot more than once.
In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim any prize. ESR may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter.
ESR reserves all rights to disqualify any entrants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit and intention of the activity.
Submitting Reviews
Entrants must provide a screenshot of a genuine and original review posted to the relevant product to qualify for a prize. All entries will be authenticated and entries found to be in violation will not be eligible for a prize.
After an entry is submitted, it will take at least 1 business day for it to be confirmed. If there are any issues with the entry, the entrant will be contacted via email.
Once an entry has been confirmed, a gift card will be sent to the entrant via email in 2 or more business days.
Claiming Prizes
Every entry will be followed by a notification email from review@esrgear.com, sent to the email address provided by the entrant, with further details regarding entry confirmation and prize redemption.
ESR does not accept responsibility for notification emails that are lost, mislaid, or delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, technical malfunction, spam email filters, and server, network, systems, hardware, or software failure of any kind.
For entries awarding a physical product or gift card, entrants may be required to respond to the notification email with the required information to claim the prize. Required information can include, but is not limited to, personal information and shipping information. Failure to respond to the notification email with the required information within 7 days of being notified will result in the prize being forfeit.
Prizes will be sent out in 2 or more business days of the entry being confirmed.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. ESR reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond ESR’s control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of ESR regarding any aspect of the activity is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
ESR reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the activity if it becomes necessary to do so.
