In the unlikely event that a force is too strong or your phone is dropped at an unusual angle, the screen protector may break as it helps absorb the shock and diverts it away from the screen. 2: How do I avoid dirt and dust getting caught under my screen protector? Every ESR screen protector package includes an installation kit with cleaning tools. Before applying your screen protector, please clean your screen according to the steps laid out in the instruction manual. Please ensure that your screen is free of any dirt or dust before applying your screen protector. Please also try to find a humid dust-free environment to install the screen protector. 3: How can I get rid of bubbles? Before installing your screen protector, please make sure to clean the screen as explained in the instruction manual. If bubbles still appear, here are some tips to help remove them: Big Bubbles: gently lift one corner of the screen protector up to remove the bubble, and then carefully place the protector back in position. I’ve had this for just under 2 months. First, the good:- easy install- good case friendly fitNow, the bad:- Never dropped my phone, just put it in my pants pocket. I guess from flexing in my pocket, the protector has already cracked in 4 different places. Never had such an issue with any other other tempered glass protectors.- Because it’s not full adhesive, there’s a line of adhesive around the edges of the protector which really stands out, especially on the sides – not so much on the top or bottom, where there’s a bit of a bezel on the P30 Pro- Also because it’s not full adhesive, it’s still possible for dust to sneak under the protector. VERY annoyingSo, overall I’d consider this a disposable protector, don’t expect it to last a long time. I’m going to try out a full adhesive one next time.

Very happy with this product so far. It installed very easily without any bubbles and appears to have good adhesion. Great value, as I had bought very similar product (iShieldz) at 4 times the price from Bell store when I bought my phone, and the adhesive gave out within 2 months. Although it had a “lifetime” guarantee, it included a $10 shipping charge, so was not worth the cost to replace, especially if it were to fail again. This product gives me two replacements at same cost and hopefully will last longer than previous product! (UPDATE: I did drop the phone and the screen protector did shift down off the phone about an inch, but did slide back into place and re-adhered. So far so good …)

Update: today my phone slipped out of my pocket while sitting down. And the screen protector pretty much shattered. Problem with these screen protector is that it has alot of weak points since it’s not actually adhere to the screen.Update: since I published my review of this screen protector. ESR has reached out and offered to send me the full coverage screen protector. Inside the box they include a installation guide. So you can now just clean the screen and drop the screen protector on it’s super simple. Also this one is full coverage no hole no curve, it looks 100x better.This screen protector is using adhesive around the screen to stick to the screen. In the future you might get dust under the screen.The cut out for the ambient sensor is pretty annoying to look at. (Imo)Finger print scanner doesn’t work 98% of the time anymore lol. With the screen protector on it feels like it has more misreads then ever.
