1. Why is the charging speed slow? If your phone supports fast charging, it requires a QC 2.0 or QC 3.0 power adapter (not included) for fast charge mode. Reducing the phone’s background applications may improve the charging speed. 2. Will it charge through a thick or rubber phone case? ESR Lift Wireless Charger Stand is compatible with most phone cases. However, cases thicker than 5cm, cases with metallic attachments or cases carrying credit cards will interfere with charging. 3. Will the LED indicator affect my sleep? The blue/red indicator light will clearly show the charger's status whether charging, in standby, or when a foreign object is detected. The light has been designed to be seen clearly in daylight but soft enough that it won’t affect your sleep. 4. git these for my kids so they can charge wireless. they cant watch and charge because its portrait not landscape but with careful placing you can charge landscrape and watch YouTube if you must but it’s a bit more difficult. Teenagers! My one I found excellent I can see the screen while charging and it charges fast.

This does exactly what it said it would, great charger, works through a rubber case too. It’s 4.9/5 for me my only gripe being the blue light when charging is quite bright in a dark room. Red wing charged is fine, blue when charging is bright.Functionally though this is a great product, why pay more?
