The back cover which grips the iPad’s corners is a semi-flexible plastic. This case offers more protection than the Apple folio case does, but less than I had expected. If dropped, I suspect the iPad would pop free.

Not compatible with Apple Pencil 2, the case completely blocks it from charging, the angle of tilt is too big when writing, making writing extremely difficult and annoying, the interior of the case also felt cheap and will potentially scratch the screen if there’s no screen protector.

I ordered this just to have something to protect my iPad when I got this. It snaps around the iPad nicely and firm. The cover doesn’t get in the wa. The cover offers good protection for the display. Stands up with no issue. Doesn’t add a lot of weight to the iPad either. It isn’t made of the finest materials but it feel solid and durable to me. Sure I’ll probably get a year and a half out of it maybe two but for the money you can’t beat it.

nice case for the Price, but if your planning on using your ipencil, dont bother as the case has to be removed to charge pencil etc.Update.. support were quick to respond to minor issue

I’m giving this 4 stars because it does a great job preventing against scratches. It’s thin and light and secures the iPad well. The smart cover does a good job staying in place. I had no issues, and I actually really liked this case’s fit and finish, until today. I accidentally dropped it from about 4 feet onto a concrete floor with the cover closed, and the iPad shattered at the corner. I expected it to do a slightly better job at this distance. Perhaps it fell just right, I don’t know. I would definitely recommend this case for everything except fall protection. If fall protection is important to you, I would look elsewhere.
