Perfect fit. I am a 32" waist, 6′ tall.I bought the larger size thinking it would fit. It was for a 33" waist and up.I returned it for the med.The medium fits perfectly. The size chart is pretty spot on for waist size.The arm straps are flexible enough to not dig in to the armpit even on bare skin.The only con I can find is the material is a little itchy on bare skin. I imagine after a break in period that will go away.It takes a bit to get used to.I’ve been wearing it in 15 minute intervals with an hour rest. I can really feel the support on my back. Other than the itchy feeling on bare skin, it’s an awesome product, that I would highly recommend. □□

Great comfort but it is a bit short so doesn’t support the whole back also the supports broke through the material have had to mend it a few times could be a bit longer fits me at 5foot but don’t fit husband properly he’s 5,11
