I was a bit concerned about purchasing this item at first only because I have an ottorbox defender pro case on my galaxy s20+, but I thought I would give it a go anyway. But I have no problem with the charger whatsoever, I put my phone on top at bedtime and by the morning it’s showing 100% charged, yes ok it’s not super fast charging but I can’t use my phone when I’m asleep. I’m well happy with my purchase I brought another one for the wife, so if your in any doubt what have you got to lose, you can always send it back. 5 □□ from me.

This was very good and then it seemed to stop charging my phone. I packed it up ready to return. Before that I had a chance to put my phone on another wireless charger and to my surprise my phone did not charge.I rebooted my phone and that resolved the issue. Working well and a treat to use.

Some chargers need you to carefully place your phone squarely and precisely. This one is really good – you just put the phone on the pad at almost any angle and a green light confirms you are good to go.
