Why does my hub heat up during use?

In order to dissipate heat and prevent overheating, the hub casing is made from aluminum, which is naturally conductive. As a result, the hub may warm slightly during use, with no effect on the functioning of the hub.

Why are one or more ports not working?
The hub might not be connected to a power source.

When using the hub, ensure that the PD port is connected to a power source at all times.

If you accidentally disconnect the PD port from the power source, please reconnect the power cable and then reconnect the hub to your laptop/tablet/phone.

Why is the connected device disconnecting from my laptop/tablet/phone?
Device connection issues are often caused by the hub’s PD port being disconnected from a power source or the laptop/tablet/phone restarting.
To reconnect the device:

Unplug all connections, then reconnect the PD port to the power source, reconnect the hub to your laptop/tablet/phone, and reconnect the device to the hub.

Why is the hub not charging my laptop?

Your laptop supports USB-C charging.

The hub is connected to a power source via the PD port.

The charging cable and power adapter for the hub support high-power charging (45W or above); we recommend using your laptop’s original charging cable and power adapter.

Why is the HDMI port not working?

After connecting your laptop/tablet/phone to the projection device via the HDMI port, make sure to select the correct HDMI slot on the projection device.

Why is the Ethernet port not working?

Check that the Ethernet cable is securely connected into the Ethernet ports in both your router and hub. Make sure you are connecting to the router's Ethernet port and not the router's Internet port.

If your laptop has connected to multiple networks, this creates multiple IP addresses and means the current network might not be displayed.

If this happens:

● Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the hub.

● Go to Manage Known Networks (Windows) or Preferred Networks (Mac) and forget previous networks.

● Reconnect the Ethernet cable to the hub and select current network.

Why is my wireless mouse not working?

The battery on your wireless mouse may be low. Charge your wireless mouse or replace the battery.

If the wireless mouse receiver is plugged into one of the USB 3.0 ports and there is a flash drive in the adjacent USB 3.0 port, unplug either the wireless mouse receiver or the flash drive and plug into the USB 2.0 port.

Ensure that the distance between the wireless mouse and the hub is less than 60 cm.
